Can you believe that 2017 is coming to a close already?? I don’t know about you, but I feel like this year has flown by! I have been so blessed to work with so many amazing clients this year. Photographing Emily and Dante’s romantic mountain wedding was the perfect way to end my 2017 wedding season.
My favorite thing about Dante and Emily’s story is that they first met at their best friends’ wedding. Dante was the Best Man and Emily the Maid of Honor. After the wedding, the two hit it off and the rest is history. Sounds like the premise for a good romantic comedy doesn’t it?
Their wedding took place in the picturesque Eagle Vail valley. The sun shone and glittery white snow blanketed the ground. You couldn’t have asked for a more perfect winter day. Friends and family from as far as North Carolina, Wyoming and California gathered to celebrate this special day with them. It was so clear that these two are dearly loved. Every last detail from the rich burgundy tones in her bouquet and bridesmaids dresses to the soft grey suits, to crystals on her jewelry and shoes was sophisticated and added a touch of romance to the day.
After spending most of their engagement apart, it was so special to see Emily and Dante finally in the same place. While I have known Emily for several years, this was my first time meeting Dante, and I can confidently say that I couldn’t have picked a better man for her.Emily and Dante, thank you so much for allowing me to share this special day with you. I wish you the best and hope that your first Christmas together as husband and wife is so sweet and memorable!
I hope that you enjoy some of my favorite images from their romantic wedding day!
